Since 1994 the journal has been highlighting the strategy of the major participants in the industry of cashless payments and retail banking, operation of payment systems and solutions in these spheres, the questions of risk-management, security and counteraction to fraud. A lot of attention is devoted to business cases, risk insurance in retail banking, crediting, loyalty systems, mobile payments, contactless technologies, IT solutions, system integration, CRM and ERP, outsourcing, call centers, NFC and RFID technologies, non-bank card projects (ID, social, pension, medical, transit projects), technologies and solutions in the field of mobile and fixed telecommunications, etc.
In my opinion it was a very interesting event for all the participants, which allowed to have a new look at the further development of microfinance. Your choice of Michael as chairman was the best - his knowledge and experience in many areas allowed to discuss latest trends.
